Football - Boys Frosh Placer Freshman defeat Whitney & win PVL Champiosnhip
Placer freshman (9-1)defeated Whitney Wildcats (8-1-1) with a come from behind win 39-38. At halftime Placer was down 32-14 but came out the second half with Hillmen grit & fire only giving up one TD. Michael Robinson lead the offense by scoring 3 TD's in second half & Dominic Greneiri kicked a 26 yd field goal to win the game with 11 seconds remaining in the game.
Football - Boys Frosh Placer Freshman shut out Colfax 23-0
The win moves Placer Freshman PVL record to 5-0 and the overall record to 8-1. Placer's remaing game against Whitney Wildcats next week will decide the conference champions. Whitney remains undefeated in PVL.
